3M 5200 Marine Adhesive Sealant is a high-strength, one-part polyurethane adhesive designed for permanent bonding and sealing in marine environments. Suitable for applications above and below the waterline, it creates a durable, watertight bond that remains flexible to withstand vibration, movement, and harsh marine conditions.
The non-sagging formula applies smoothly and provides up to four hours of working time for positioning and adjustments. Ideal for bonding wood to fiberglass, securing portholes, and sealing hull-to-deck joints, it offers excellent adhesion and long-lasting performance. The sealant becomes tack-free in approximately 48 hours and fully cures in 5–7 days.
