ACR GlobalFix V6 EPIRB with Return Link Service

The ACR GlobalFix V6 EPIRB is an Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon designed for recreational and commercial vessels. Ideal for coastal cruising, offshore passages, and professional marine use, this Category II model features a manual-release mounting bracket and transmits a 406 MHz digital distress signal through the global Cospas-Sarsat satellite network. Its 72-channel multi-constellation GNSS receiver uses GPS, Galileo, and GLONASS satellites to provide accurate positioning information to search-and-rescue authorities.

When activated, the GlobalFix V6 transmits a distress alert and location information to the satellite rescue network. Return Link Service (RLS) provides visual confirmation that the distress alert has been received by the Cospas-Sarsat system and is being routed to rescue authorities. A 121.5 MHz homing signal and high-visibility white and infrared strobes help rescuers locate the beacon. The waterproof, buoyant design supports emergency use in demanding marine conditions.
