The SOK Battery SK12V206H is a 12V 206Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery housed in a durable metal enclosure, designed specifically for cold-weather operation. Featuring the latest V8 version Bluetooth BMS and an integrated heater pad, the SK12V206H allows safe charging at temperatures as low as -20°C (-4°F) using a standard charger or solar charger. The heater pad draws power directly from the charger rather than the battery cells, ensuring zero energy loss from the stored charge. The battery is UL1973 certified and backed by a 7-year warranty with a maintenance-free design and a lifespan of 3,000 to 8,000 cycles.
Battery status can be monitored in real time via Bluetooth 4.0 using the free ABC-BMS app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app provides visibility into voltage, current, state of charge, temperature, cycle count, and more. Note that the SOC indicator may be inaccurate on initial use and requires two full charge/discharge cycles for proper calibration.
The detachable cover allows access to replaceable BMS and cell components, making long-term serviceability a key advantage of this design. The battery supports parallel connections for expanded capacity but is not supported for series connection. It is designed exclusively for 12V systems and cannot be used in 24V, 36V, or 48V configurations.
