AquatiClear™ by Kasco reimagines the traditional water circulator, delivering continuous, maintenance-free water movement that keeps docks, marinas, canals, shorelines, and swim areas free of algae, floating debris, and foul odors. Unlike conventional circulators that require frequent clearing, AquatiClear's patented Clean Current Technology™ uses a crown-like composite prop guard with smooth, independent, rounded tines that let weeds, algae, and debris slide harmlessly past the unit instead of wrapping around the motor shaft or prop. The result is a circulator that runs continuously, season after season, with virtually no upkeep.

Described by dealers as the mid-size workhorse of the Kasco range, this 3/4 HP model is ideal for a wide range of applications and clears an approximate 100-foot diameter area around the installation point — roughly a third more coverage than the 1/2 HP model — making it well-suited for larger docks, marinas, and canal frontages. The unit can operate in water as shallow as 30 inches, yet remains effective at creating water movement to depths of 18 feet, and a single unit has been shown to create effective circulation across a canal 1,000 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 4 feet deep. Running at 120V (60Hz), it generates approximately 36 lbs. of thrust using a submersed, horizontally-mounted motor and open propeller design.

Beyond keeping debris at bay, AquatiClear improves overall water health year-round. Circulation increases dissolved oxygen in deeper water, which is vital for fish health, while also preventing thermocline formation — the layering of warm surface water over colder water below. Removing that warm surface layer also helps reduce mosquito breeding grounds, and constant water movement helps prevent surface freezing, reducing the risk of winterkill in fish populations during colder months.

Built for the elements, the unit features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant motor suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments. A sacrificial zinc anode provides corrosion protection for saltwater applications, and exposed metal components are constructed from Series 300 austenitic stainless steel. The rugged motor design includes a hard-face internal mechanical seal to protect against leaks, long-life top and bottom ball bearings, and flood-oil lubrication for effective heat dissipation. Kasco backs the AquatiClear with a two-year warranty, and its high-efficiency design keeps power consumption and operating costs low.

Installation is flexible: mount it to a dock, piling, or other structure using the Universal Mount Kit (durable composite mounting hardware paired with a customer-supplied 1-inch stainless steel pipe), which includes a Simple Swivel bracket for easy directional adjustment of water flow — the motor can be pulled toward the dock via the mounted pole for quick inspection or cleaning. Alternatively, use the Horizontal Float Kit, which secures the unit with three ropes and tie-down loops at the water's surface, offering a choice of orientation angles to create elongated flow patterns ideal for shallow water or locations without a dock.
