These blocks are ideal for frequently adjusted, highly loaded systems using modern line technology and reduced line diameters.

The 60 mm HTX Block with Swivel and Becket is the workhorse of the HTX family, offering a single-sheave layout with an integrated becket that enables clean termination for cascade and fine-tune systems. The swivel head — inspired by Lewmar's acclaimed Racing Range — rotates freely and locks securely via a grub screw mechanism, ensuring the block stays aligned under changing load angles. The central plain bearing delivers peak efficiency even under substantial loads, while the side thrust Delrin ball bearings minimize friction and support smooth, consistent line movement. The aluminium side cheeks provide maximum strength and resilience to withstand even the most demanding sailing conditions.

This block handles lines up to 1/2 inch (12.5 mm) in diameter and carries a safe working load of 1,100 kg (2,422 lbs) with a breaking load of 2,200 kg (4,845 lbs). At only 7.9 oz (226 g), the block offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio suited to performance cruising and racing applications including halyards, mainsheets, mast base, and boom vangs on vessels ranging from 31 to 50 feet.
