An optimized impeller delivers up to 10% more flow at the same 1.8A draw as previous models, and the new design comes in at just 2/3 the size of its predecessor, making it a solid fit for tight bilge compartments where space is always at a premium.

Rule-Mate also anticipates real-world bilge conditions, not just ideal ones. If debris fouls the level sensor, a built-in backup feature automatically kicks in, switching the pump to a 2.5-minute cycle mode to keep it running without continuously draining your battery. Built-in Thermal Cut-Off (TCO) protects both the pump and your vessel if temperatures climb too high, and a backflow-prevention design reduces standing water left behind after each cycle, resulting in fewer odors and a cleaner bilge over time. Hidden air vents in the pump body prevent air locking in tricky plumbing runs, and the threaded 3/4" barbed discharge fitting makes installation and future maintenance straightforward.
