The Seaview 8-foot Pole Kit is engineered for demanding marine environments and is suitable for virtually any electronics mounting application. This complete kit bundles the 8-foot aluminum pole with one 48-inch standoff and one 1-inch rail kit, providing a comprehensive solution for elevating and securing marine electronics.

The pole measures 3 inches in diameter and is fabricated from marine-grade aluminum. To achieve a superior finish and maximum corrosion resistance, Seaview subjects the raw aluminum to a multi-stage process: it is first treated with Chem Film, a chemical conversion coating that provides a protective base layer on aluminum, then carried through a 3-part epoxy prime followed by a powder coat top layer. The result is a finish built to withstand the harshest saltwater conditions.

The pole base is fully adjustable and features a small 5-1/4" x 3" footprint, making it practical even in tighter deck installations. The base also incorporates a watertight cable gland for clean, protected cable routing, and can be disassembled easily to allow for pole removal when required.

Every Seaview Pole Kit includes a Seaview modular top plate designed to fit closed dome radars. Unlike traditional mounting plates that leave a "swiss cheese" pattern of exposed holes, the Seaview modular top plate keeps the installation clean with only 4 visible mounting screws. The plate is made from an anodized 1/4-inch thick aluminum core encased in UV-stable, glass-filled ABS white plastic. Each top plate is dimpled to match included drill templates, enabling precise and easy drilling tailored to your specific marine electronics brand and model.

The included 1-inch rail standoff kit provides two turnbuckle-style struts that are adjustable from 6 to 12 inches in length, two stainless steel 3-inch pole clamps, and two stainless steel 1-inch rail clamps, allowing for secure attachment to standard 1-inch rails.
