The water pump is the heart of your inboard or I/O cooling system. Each Sierra pump is matched to the GM, Ford or Chrysler block used for your engine and is bidirectional and is compatible with conventional and reverse rotation engines. These marine water pumps have corrosion-resistant brass impellers, stainless steel backing plates and brass plugs. The pumps are also powder coated for additional protection.
Pumps include brass bi-directional impellers, brass plugs and fittings, carbon resin seal, all mounting gaskets, stainless steel seal cup and spring (not included with Model 1658400), stainless steel back plate (where required) and powder coating for maximum corrosion protection. Sierra water pumps are made from new castings and are not remanufactured.
