SIERRA 2-1/2" Marine Exhaust/Water Hose 4'

The Sierra 116-200-2120-48 is a softwall marine exhaust/water hose engineered for wet exhaust systems and engine water circulation lines on inboard and sterndrive boats. Cut to a ready-to-install 4-foot length with a 2-1/2 inch inside diameter, this hose delivers dependable performance in demanding marine environments. The softwall design, without internal wire reinforcement, makes it ideal for short, straight runs where routing flexibility is not required. Its black heavy-walled synthetic rubber construction is reinforced with 2 or 4 plies of synthetic cord, providing robust durability in saltwater and freshwater applications.

The hose resists engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater exposure. It meets SAE J2006 Type R1 standards and provides double the ozone resistance required by that specification. Operating temperature range is -20°F to +200°F for continuous service, with intermittent capability to +250°F. Working pressure is 75 PSI with a burst pressure of 220 PSI.
