SIERRA Speedo GPS, Amega, 3" 60 MPH

The SIERRA Speedo GPS is a marine speedometer combining GPS technology with traditional analog gauge design for vessels ranging from pontoon boats to high-performance craft equipped with pitot tubes. The 3-inch gauge displays speed in both U.S. and metric scales with heading accuracy of +/-1 degree once moving, providing mariners with precise speed and directional information. The gauge features perimeter and thru-dial lighting for visibility in low-light conditions and includes an integrated LCD heading display that shows course over ground, enhancing navigation capability.

The instrument's construction emphasizes durability and visual clarity. It is fitted with a scratch-resistant curved glass lens and black, near-flush bezels that minimize glare and maintain a clean instrument panel appearance. The dial features a black background with red graduations and white numerals, complemented by a vivid white pointer staff for easy readability. Optional eyebrow or square bezels are available separately to customize the gauge's appearance.

The Speedo GPS operates on 12 VDC with a current draw of 0.15 to 0.20 amperes, making it suitable for most marine electrical systems. It can be integrated with an external NMEA 0183 GPS device using included connectors, or paired with a SIERRA GPS antenna sold separately. The gauge is rated IP 65 for ingress protection and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, ensuring consistent performance in diverse marine environments.
