This boat seat comes equipped with a patented base and back dual core foam support system only available thru TEMPRESS.This system is also water resistant and durable for prolonged use. ProBax is sewn with UV and abrasion-resistant polyester thread and covered in 30 oz. marine grade vinyl to stand up to all the elements. Eight embedded mounting inserts will fit most slider systems and any 5 inch by 5 inch mounting system when paired with the Mounting Plate (mfg #57005/West Marine #18937631). Note: If mounting to a standard swivel with 4 holes this seat requires a reinforcing plate. The Reinforcing plate can be purchased separately under part 57005.
