Harken 32mm CB Pole Car — Sparcraft Toggle
The Harken 32mm CB Pole Car with Sparcraft Toggle is engineered for demanding big boat racing and cruising applications, delivering reliable spinnaker pole control under the most challenging conditions. Designed to roll freely on low-beam R32 traveler track, this car allows the crew to make precise adjustments to spinnaker pole position for optimal sail shape and performance at any point of sail.
At the heart of this pole car is a recirculating ball bearing system that enables smooth adjustment even when the car is under load. Machined aluminum hardcoat-anodized bearing races allow Torlon® bearings to transition seamlessly from the active to the return race, resulting in consistently smooth trimming and easing. Captive ball bearings make the car easy to load onto the track and straightforward to maintain in the field.
The car body is constructed from one-piece solid aluminum that has been Hard Lube-anodized for superior strength and long-term durability in the marine environment. The Sparcraft toggle pole end connection is compatible with two popular toggle studs as well as Harken ball-end fittings, providing versatile rigging options for a wide range of spinnaker pole configurations. With a maximum working load of 1,837 kg (4,050 lb) and support for spinnaker areas up to 186 m² (2,000 ft²), this car is well-suited to large offshore and performance racing yachts.
