The Harken 32mm Stand-Up Toggle (Part No. 1947) is an essential component for Big Boat traveler systems, engineered to keep mainsheet blocks upright on traveler cars during all points of sail. Its elastomer stand-up device provides reliable block positioning, and the toggle is intended for use on cars with car-mounted control blocks, fitting the Big Boat Traveler Car 3163/3165/T32 Series.

Rated to a maximum working load of 3401 kg (7500 lb), this toggle is built for demanding racing and offshore sailing applications. It accepts mainsheet block pins of 8 mm (5/16 in) and 10 mm (3/8 in) diameters and is compatible with a wide range of Harken mainsheet blocks, including 60 mm Element doubles and triples, 80 mm Element singles, all Midrange block configurations, 57 mm double and triple Black Magic blocks, 75 mm single and double Black Magic blocks, and 100 mm single Black Magic blocks. It also includes a replacement headpost for Part No. 1971 75 mm Black Magic® Air® blocks and Part Nos. 1993, 3007, and 3008 100 mm Black Magic Air blocks.

The kit ships complete with everything needed for installation: a toggle with elastomer stand-up device pre-assembled, a large cotter pin (HFS181), a 10 mm (3/8 in) clevis pin (H-80233), two 8 mm (5/16 in) bushings (H-80231), an 8 mm (5/16 in) clevis pin (H-80232), and two replacement set screws (HFS1050). The elastomer stand-up element can be replaced separately using Part No. MP-1839.
