Unlike the standard 1567 toggle, the 1643 incorporates integral ears that allow control blocks to be attached directly to the toggle body — making it the correct choice for Midrange traveler cars that do not feature car-mounted control block attachment points.

Compatible with Midrange traveler cars 1624, 1625, 1628, 1629, and the T27 Series, this toggle accepts 6 mm (1/4") or 8 mm (5/16") mainsheet block clevis pins and 5 mm (3/16") control block clevis pins, giving it broad compatibility across Harken's Element, Carbo, Classic Small Boat, Midrange, and Black Magic block ranges. The elastomer stand-up mechanism holds blocks upright at rest, keeping the system tidy and ready for immediate use.
