The Harken 22mm Small Boat Non-CB Traveler Car is a lightweight, high-strength ball bearing car machined from a single piece of solid aluminum for maximum reliability. This Non-CB (.NW) version ships on a car loader to run on Harken's older, non-captive-bearing 22mm track supplied before 2002, making it the correct replacement for legacy small-boat traveler systems. Ball bearings run on machined, Hardkote-anodized aluminum races for smooth trimming and easing under load. The pivoting shackle and integrated control tangs provide a low attachment point that helps the car handle non-vertical loads while still running freely, and the tangs accept double blocks for purchase systems up to 4:1. Suited to dinghies, keelboats, beachcats and offshore boats up to roughly 27 ft (8 m), it allows easy cockpit adjustment of loaded mainsails.
