This aluminum V Block is engineered for Grand-Prix racing and other high-load rigging applications requiring reliable load distribution and precise directional control. The block combines machined aluminum cheeks with an advanced bearing system that merges axial and thrust bearings into a single set of angled titanium rollers, ensuring smooth rotation and extended service life under demanding marine conditions.

Maintenance includes regular inspection, annual replacement of support loops and lashing lines (sooner if worn, UV-damaged, or fatigued), and periodic flushing of the bearing system with light greasing limited to the sheave's inner race — not the rollers — to ensure optimal performance and longevity in saltwater environments.
