Encased in a 5/16-in. outer covering and a urethane skin base, the Jim Buoy fenders are resilient and able to flex with the rigors of high-energy berthing, providing you with extended service in various conditions. Durable black urethane coating. May be mounted vertically or float horizontally. Comes with standard 1-1/4 in. PVC through-hole.
