Lewmar Generation 2 Single Joystick Thruster Controller

The Lewmar Generation 2 Single Joystick Thruster Controller provides superior tactile control for single or dual thruster installations on both sail and power vessels. Compatible with Lewmar TT, RT, SRT, and VRT thrusters fitted with a blue control box, this controller can also be fitted to thrusters equipped with a black box using a separately available controller adapter. A Lewmar connecting cable is required and sold separately.

The controller is designed for easy installation without the need for rear access. A snap-on bezel neatly conceals all mounting screws, and the included removable cover provides additional protection against accidental activation and offers extra environmental resistance. When upgrading from a previous generation touch panel, joystick panel, or dual joystick panel, the existing mounting hole and fixing screw positions can be reused, simplifying retrofit installations.

A multi-function LED indicator keeps operators informed of system status, displaying information on system deployment, thruster operation, low voltage conditions, motor temperature warnings, and fault conditions. The unit operates on a 12/24V DC dual voltage supply and fits into a 2.5-inch diameter cut-out, matching the footprint of existing Lewmar joystick controllers.
