The Malone Auto Racks MicroSport™ Off-Road Overland Trailer Package is a rugged, multi-purpose sport trailer designed for outdoor enthusiasts who demand reliable performance on and off the road. Whether transporting kayaks and canoes to remote launch sites or setting up a rooftop tent at a backcountry campsite, this trailer delivers the strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility needed for serious outdoor adventures. Note: The rooftop tent is not included.

Built with an 11-gauge pre-galvanized steel frame finished in a durable black powder coat, the MicroSport™ Off-Road trailer is fully submersible, making it one of the most rust-resistant sport trailers available. The unique double-layer protection — galvanization beneath powder coat — provides long-term durability in wet, muddy, and saltwater environments. Pre-assembled marine-grade sealed hubs ensure a clean and straightforward installation.

Oversized pontoon-style tires improve ground clearance and traction on gravel roads and rugged trails, while the rugged steel tongue provides dependable towing performance. Two rear stabilizer jacks are included specifically to support a rooftop tent platform, and the hand-crank tongue jackstand makes hitching and unhitching easy. The full-size spare tire with lockable attachment adds peace of mind for remote travel.

The 78-inch steel load bars with integrated D-ring tie-down points allow secure transport of kayaks, canoes, cargo boxes, or tent platforms. The crossbar spread is adjustable from 44 to 63 inches to accommodate a wide range of gear. The trailer can carry up to 800 lbs and transport watercraft up to 20 feet in length.
