Sea Power External Stabilizer Pile Guide 12 inch
The Sea Power External Stabilizer Pile Guide is designed for floating docks exposed to heavier boat traffic, stronger wave action, or larger dock structures that require additional stability. The deeper HDPE guide body maintains more contact with the piling, helping reduce dock sway and side movement caused by wakes and waves. A heavy-duty marine-grade aluminum bracket mounts the guide to the dock frame and allows proper alignment during installation. The HDPE guide surface allows smooth vertical movement along the piling while helping protect the pile from wear. The inside opening measures 12”, providing proper clearance for standard 10” butt piles so the dock moves freely without binding. The guide body is constructed from 1” thick virgin-grade HDPE plate and pipe that are welded together, creating a strong and durable marine guide system designed for long-term marine use. Typical installation time is about 15 minutes per guide. Designed for use in both freshwater lakes and saltwater coastal environments. Dock layout, piling spacing, and anchoring must be sufficient to support anticipated loads and site conditions. Installation should be performed or reviewed by a licensed dock builder, marine contractor, or engineer.
