The Sea Power Internal Stabilizer Pile Guide installs inside the dock frame and is designed for floating docks that require additional stability in rough water, heavy boat traffic, or exposed conditions. The deeper HDPE stabilizer body maintains more contact with the piling, helping reduce dock sway and side movement caused by wakes and waves. Installing the guide inside the dock frame keeps the hardware protected while providing a clean finished appearance. The inside opening measures 14” and is designed for 12” butt piling so the dock moves freely without binding. The unit mounts to the floating dock frame using a 23” × 23” HDPE mounting plate. A heavy-duty HDPE guide pipe is welded to the plate and surrounds the piling, allowing the dock to move smoothly with tides, wakes, and changing water levels. The assembly is constructed from 1” thick virgin-grade HDPE plate and 1” HDPE pipe that are welded together, creating a strong and durable marine guide system designed for long-term marine use. Typical installation time is 10–15 minutes per guide. Designed for use in both freshwater lakes and saltwater coastal environments. Dock layout, piling spacing, and anchoring must be sufficient to support anticipated loads and site conditions. Installation should be performed or reviewed by a licensed dock builder, marine contractor, or engineer.
