Sea Power Internal Pile Guide
The Sea Power Internal Pile Guide installs inside the dock frame and allows the floating dock to move smoothly up and down around the piling. The HDPE guide surface protects the piling while keeping dock movement quiet and controlled. Installing the guide inside the frame also protects the hardware and provides a clean finished appearance for the dock. The inside opening measures 14” and is designed for a maximum 12” butt piling so the dock moves freely without binding. The unit mounts to the floating dock frame using a 23” × 23” HDPE mounting plate. A heavy-duty HDPE guide pipe is welded to the plate and surrounds the piling, allowing the dock to move smoothly with tides, wakes, and changing water levels. The assembly is constructed from 3/4” thick virgin-grade HDPE plate and 1” HDPE pipe that are welded together, creating a strong and durable marine guide system designed for long-term marine use. Typical installation time is 10–15 minutes per guide. Designed for use in both freshwater lakes and saltwater coastal environments.
