Identical in construction and performance to the LC-1250-ALU, this package adds the necessary Allen wrench for immediate, no-hunt installation—ideal for divers and boatyards that need everything in hand when working underwater.
Die-cast to military specification MIL-A-24779, the aluminum alloy delivers excellent cathodic protection in both salt and brackish water, lasting longer than zinc while utilizing an environmentally friendlier activator. Precision internal sizing ensures full shaft contact and consistent protection. Captive Allen Head fasteners, tapped anode threads, and integrated lock washers combine to make installation fast and permanent even in difficult working conditions.
Limited Clearance Collars are designed for those situations where the gap between the keel or strut and the propeller is simply too short to fit a standard streamline collar—a common scenario on many sailboats and motorsailers.
