Seaview's innovative modular top plate system gives boaters a clean, professional-looking electronics installation without the unsightly "swiss cheese" appearance of traditional radar and satdome mounts. The ADAF1BLK is specifically designed to mate FLIR M-Series thermal cameras (M324, M625, M612L, M617CS, M618CS, MD324, MD625) and Raymarine T-Series thermal cameras to any Seaview M1 or M2 modular mount base, with only four visible mounting screws securing the electronics to the plate.

Each top plate begins with a pre-drilled, anodized 1/4-inch thick aluminum plate for structural rigidity, then is encased (molded inside) in UV-stable ABS plastic. The exterior surface features dimple holes that align perfectly with a supplied drill template, allowing precise drilling for your specific camera. Because only the plastic surface is drilled — never the aluminum — the installation remains clean and sturdy.

The ADAF1BLK fits into Seaview's straightforward three-step modular system: select a mount base (M1 or M2 style), choose this top plate, and optionally add accessories such as light bars, spreader kits, base wedges, or hinge adapters. Compatible mount bases include forward-raked, aft-raked, vertical, and dual-mount configurations ranging from 5 inches to 36 inches in height.
