Its construction starts with 41oz industrial grade black PVC material, one of the heaviest-duty PVC weights available in marine fender construction.

Every critical junction on this fender is RF (radio frequency) welded — not glued — ensuring a bond that resists separation under repeated stress and harsh marine conditions. Additional welded PVC strips reinforce every seam, and extra seam tape is applied over the welds for yet another layer of strength. Custom-formed stainless steel D-rings provide secure, corrosion-resistant attachment points that won't fail when you need them most. Logos are applied via direct UV printing for a clean, permanent finish that won't peel or fade.

Inflation is quick and straightforward using the Seipel Marine M3100 air pump or any standard tube pump. When docking season ends, the fender deflates fully and rolls up compactly for space-efficient storage aboard or ashore.
