Unlike cheaper alternatives that rely on adhesives, every tie-down point on this fender is RF (radio frequency) welded directly to the material, ensuring they will not separate under load. The custom-formed stainless steel D-rings provide strong, corrosion-resistant attachment points. All seams are fully welded — never glued — and reinforced with extra welded PVC strips plus additional seam tape for outstanding strength and longevity.
