The Harken 22mm High-Load 1250 Car with Pivoting Sheaves and Eyestrap is a precision-engineered ball bearing traveler car that enables sailors to make easy, reliable adjustments to loaded sails directly from the cockpit. Designed for the demanding conditions found on small boats, this traveler car is compatible with dinghies, keelboats, beachcats, and offshore vessels up to 8 m (27'), making it a versatile solution for a wide range of sailing applications.

Built around a captive ball bearing mechanism, this car runs smoothly along 22mm small boat track and is designed to work with 2003 and newer track systems. It can also be adapted for use with older non-captive ball tracks used prior to 2003 with the purchase of a car loader (sold separately). The pivoting sheaves allow the purchase lines to lead cleanly regardless of car position, ensuring consistent and efficient sail control throughout the traveler's range of travel.

The high-load design is rated to a maximum working load of 1,250 lb (567 kg) and a breaking load of 2,500 lb (1,134 kg), providing the strength and reliability required for demanding racing and performance sailing environments. The heavy-duty eyestrap offers a robust, secure attachment point suited to high-load applications. Replaces Harken parts 28-0214 and 28-2737. Known applications include main traveler car for Hobie Miracle 20 and Nacra 5.7.
