Its robust design supports a maximum working load of 3,000 kg (6,600 lb) and a breaking load of 6,000 kg (13,200 lb), making it suitable for offshore racing and performance cruising alike.

The 3T V Sheave is remarkably versatile. It excels when used to run lines underdeck, in mainsheet systems, spinnaker sheet systems, and drop line configurations. It is equally well-suited for building clean backstay systems designed to steady today's slender modern masts and precisely adjust mast bend, giving sailors greater control over sail shape and boat performance.
