Harken Unit 1 MKIV Ocean Jib Furling System
MKIV Ocean furling systems for cruisers are engineered for strength, longevity, and ease of use. These free-rolling furlers make all the difference in headsail control by allowing cruisers to furl and reef from the safety of the cockpit, while maintaining great sail shape. MKIV Ocean furling systems offer the same quality as MKIV Racing furlers but without features cruisers don't need.

- Multiple rows of durable Torlon® ball bearings to minimize friction and make pulling the furling line easier

- Halyard swivel features double row of no-maintenance, low-friction Torlon® bearings
- Easy dockside assembly with plastic connectors and Loctite®
- Aluminum drum line guards and torque tube are deep-saturation hardcoat-anodized to resist corrosion
- Composite drum line guard top resists denting
- Designed for use with 1 x 19 stainless steel rigging stays only
Unit 1 Ocean Furlers are designed for headstay lengths up to 45' 11". For headstays up to 52' 11", an extra foil section and connector kit can be ordered separately. A required Unit 1 lower toggle assembly is sold separately and must match your headstay's clevis pin diameter.
