|What:||Waterlife lovers in Destin have a reason to celebrate: the Grand Opening of the new West Marine Destin store on April 11-13. With more than 13,000 square feet, West Marine’s new store location features nautical necessities and access to experts who can help boaters, anglers and paddlesports enthusiasts make the most of their time on the water.
At 9 a.m. on Friday, Destin, FL, Mayor Mel Ponder will preside over a ribbon cutting at the store. On Saturday and Sunday, stop by to meet legendary marine underwater photographer Tony Ludovico who will be signing free prints (while they last) and Pelagic merchandise (with proof of purchase) between noon and 3 p.m.
The fun continues with free daily demos by boating experts, special deals on waterlife gear and accessories, giveaways and free ice cream all weekend.
