Quickly and easily build any shape or size dock to fit your needs-from a small swim platform to an elaborate mooring facility-with these Bloc Doc™ components. Custom configurations are simple with the three standard size modules, and a completed system can be a permanent installation or easily removed and reinstalled for seasonal use using common tools. Fluctuating water levels and depths as little as 6" are also not a problem. Bloc Doc™ systems go together easily because the modules don’t change size with temperature variances like hollow roto-molded plastic products. The modules are rigid, with attachment points designed to structurally accommodate a superstructure or roof system. A typical section of Bloc Doc™ with float consists of three pieces: float, frame and decking. This allows for any damaged component to be easily replaced without replacing an entire section. Their maintenance-free design features UV-resistant, solid foam-filled floats and one-piece, fiberglass-reinforced, premium virgin grade polypropylene decking fastened directly to hot dip galvanized steel frames. The floats are highly stable for safer pedestrian traffic and the decking has a unique slot design and textured surface for drainage and sure footing, plus no static electricity. All connection hardware is included. Bloc Doc™ components do not fade, crack or deteriorate so they won’t emit toxins into the environment and their designs meet or exceed US Army Corps of Engineers’ design criteria.
