Confusing customer service

Pros

  • Easy to Install and Use

Cons

  • Tech service in conflict

Best Uses

Comments about Two Burner Built In Propane Cooktop:

I selected this unit for it's compact looks and features. I called tech service on the minimum size propane tank required. I was advised a 5# tank was minimum requirement. When the installer questioned this he was advised that a 25# tank is required. Also, in order to hook up the propane lead the ignition unit had to be disassembled, as it blocked the hose connection, a poor design or mistake in assembly.

Comments about Two Burner Built In Propane Cooktop:

This stove was a breeze to install and get up and running. It lit right up and worked great. The second time we went to use it later the first day the starter wouldn't work and we had to use a lighter. Next morning the starter worked again and so it went, working every morning but not in the evening every day. We suspect the problem is temperature related with the electronics that generate the spark for the starter. Just be prepared to light the stove by hand the old fashioned way.
