Comments about Grote Industries LED Trailer Lights over 80"W, Right:
These are great lights. I tow every weekend. I have to replace these lights twice a year and not for the normal reason of outer corrosion but for some internal short in these things.(low hours on lights) You wont find a better light available so I keep using these because nothing else this brite available. POSSIBLY I got a bad batch and the rest are ok. I hope so because these lights are AWESOME super easy to instal ( white wire is ground, red is brakes, and black is running lights)
Other than the internal failure these are amazing. If you have regular bulb lights on your trailer, go LED you will never go back to bulbs. These things are solid and SUPER BRITE. And thats what you need to be seen as you tow especially with all the people driving and texting.
Did you know if you are in California you can NOT tow ANYTHING in left lanes of freeway? Did you know also you can not tow over 55mpg. People drive crazy even when they are towing trailers, get popped and its a big fine. You need LED lights. Be seen, be safe.
