Product Description

Protect tools, fishing gear, screws, nuts, bolts and more from rust with these heavy-duty, specially lined, zip-close polyethylene bags that work without messy oil. They are lined instead with odorless corrosion inhibitors that volatilize and form a protective molecular layer. The process does not leave a residue-so tools and other stored items are ready to use the moment you remove them from the bag. Set of three bags measuring 6" x 8", 8" x 10" and 12" x 18". Made in the U.S.A.

Suggested uses:

  • Fishing hooks and lures
  • Hand tools
  • Hardware screws, nuts and bolts
  • CO2 Re-arming kits for PFDs

Comments about VCI Tool Bag (3pk):

I belong to a sailing club. We have six keelboats and keep a lot of tools in dock boxes. These have proven enormously useful in protecting our tools. Without the bags we simply could not have decent tools available.

I have also experimented by cutting the bags into irregularly shaped pieces to line the insides of hard power tool cases and drill indexes. It seems to work OK and is much easer to get the tools in and out of the fitted cases. You want to have what was the inside of the bags facing the tools. I also line the inside of the tops on our regular rectangular tool boxes as a backup. We cannot get all of the small tools into the bags.

Comments about VCI Tool Bag (3pk):

I purchase these VCI Bags for my husband, and he expected them to be useless within the month. He was wrong! These bags work great, they are so durable! We use them on our boat for miscellaneous items that would other wise rust and corrode without protection. We enjoy the quality of the product that even use them in our tool shed to protect our tools.

            • I keep a 45 on the boat

Comments about VCI Tool Bag (3pk):

I bought 2 sets of these bags as I am so tired of throwing away tools, fishing lures and knives because of rust. no more!
For salty items, a quick rince in fresh water, dry in the sun and in the bag they go!

I keep a .45 on the boat and it stays perfect in the Leland VCI bag. Nice.
