Ordered Tie Downs without knowing size

Pros

  • Appears Good Quality

Cons

  • Width Info Needed

Best Uses

  • Tie Down Boat Cover

Comments about Cover Tie Down Kits:

I ordered the tie down kit for my MasterCraft boat cover. I needed two for the side fender area. The write-up didn't identify they were 1" wide. I need 3/4" wide. Called West Marine a few weeks ago, but never heard back to see if Taylor Made makes a 3/4" wide tie down.

Keep your open bow Bayliner dry

Comments about Cover Tie Down Kits:

We have an open bow 19 foot bayliner with a cover that is difficult to keep rain water from pooling and then dripping into the boat. Using these straps has added plenty of slope to the cover to keep water draining off the cover and thus not dripping into the boat. The boat is in the water in Southern California, which means it doesn't rain much, but it also means that we can use the boat throughout the year and want it dry inside when we want to take it out.

Perfect for this time of year when you want that winter cover to stay down and secure. Replace old tie downs and keep that cover taut so rain and snow just slide right off. [...]
