Comments about 1/8 Braided Polyester Cord:

For fancy work on ship's wheels, handrails, bells, or stanchion, you can't beat this for consistency, strength, and appearance. It holds up its appearance especially with a few coats of water base polyeurethane which does not yellow).

Comments about 1/8 Braided Polyester Cord:

Been using this line for years. Very strong and light weight. Seems to be very sun resistant. Have use it for topping lift, tiedowns, jib haul down line, fenders, kick up rudder lanyard, and tieing all kinds of stuff to boat.

Need to restring the bow curtain and making another macramé "gate" to keep creatures on the boat and prevent creatures from coming up the plank!!

Comments about 1/8 Braided Polyester Cord:

We used it on our sailboat in Italy to fasten lower portion of the safety netting we installed around the deck to keep our chihuahua and tools, etc, from sliding overboard. Have not had much sun so not sure of its UV quality. Size and strength have a multitude of uses aboard.

Comments about 1/8 Braided Polyester Cord:

I use up at least one coil of these every season, and it just disappears into keeping the boat orderly and keeping things stored. I always have a few lengths of this stuff in my pocket to use at short notice for an extra sail tie, or to tie off a halyard from slapping, or to temporarily do lots of things.

It does fray, so I make it a point to periodically replace recent "temporary" applications with lengths that I've melted the ends for.

This tiny line takes standard double-braid eye splices surprisingly well and easily. I used a Brion Toss Micro wand, but a small steel crochet hook might work also.

Comments about 1/8 Braided Polyester Cord:

This is a great product that I have been using for over 3 years. It holds up exceptionally well in all weather and I have not had a piece of this rope break yet.
I use it under constant restraint and it has never failed me.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a solid cord to hold such things as tarps over your boat or even a light sail cord.
I give this product a 5 Star rating.
