The BOTE Rover Aero Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard/Skiff is a combination of a paddleboard and skiff that can transform from travelbag to BOTE and back again. It is easy to store, can tag along on any adventure and stands up to the toughest tests on any waterway, or even a baggage claim. Constructed from military grade PVC using drop stitch technology the Rover Aero is not only virtually indestructible, but it's also rigid as a plank. Capable of supporting up to 500lbs of weight, Rover Aero can take a beating and still come out on top.

Use the included Moto Rac to attach an outboard motor (up to 6 hp) that can transport you at speeds up to 16 mph. Motor sold separately. If you add a motor to the Rover Aero, then most municipalities, counties or states require the craft to be registered at your local tax collector's office or DMV.

Also included is the AeroGo rechargeable pump that makes short work of inflating and deflating your Rover Aero. Just connect the hose, set the PSI and go. Don't worry about finding an outlet or hooking up to a car battery, the AeroGo will inflate and deflate your Rover Aero 2-3 times on a single charge. It comes in it's own convenient carry bag and fits inside the Remora Bag for transport with your Rover Aero.

What's Included:

  • Moto Rac Receivers which are used to hold the Moto Rac in place
  • Moto Rac that fits securely to the board allowing the Rover Aero to go from paddle to power in minutes
  • AeroGo Rechargeable Electric Pump that will fully inflate and deflate the Aero Rover
  • Hand Pump for manual inflation of the Aero Rover by inserting the end of the hose into the inflate ports and pumping to proper PSI
  • Adjustable Paddle with a well balanced blade design providing great stability and good power, featuring an ABS edge blade with an adjustable shaft for secure and easy sizing
  • Rac Receivers that mount on the built-in attachment points allowing you to deck it out for any expedition. Includes one set
  • Paddle Sheath to free up your hands for other tasks. Just insert the blade into the sheath and let gravity do the rest
  • Sandspear Sheath allows you to utilize Bote's Sandspear (Sold separately) to anchor your board so you can stay in place
  • Travel Bag to carry the essentials
  • The Remora Bag to carry your accessories

Outboard motor sold separately

Hull Features:

Easy to set up. Hard to maneuver in wind as an SUP.

Comments about Bote Rover Aero Classic Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard/Skiff

I like to purchase products with versatility. Sometimes, that gets me stuck with products that do not perform each of the claimed functions well. I was in the market for an iSUP and saw this one on sale. I already have an electrical outboard, so I liked the idea that I can put it on and take my hubby out on the water occasionally. The first day I took the board out to use as an iSUP, wind was about 7 knots. It was impossible to paddle out. The wind kept on turning the board downwind. Eventually, I packed up and went home. A few days later, I took it out again in calmer conditions, it worked okay as an SUP (obviously pretty slow because of its wider size), but I got a good workout. Later that day I put a motor out and had my hubby onboard, that was pretty easy setup and pretty fun. It is an okay product, but if you are looking for an iSUP, look somewhere else. If you are a fishing enthusiast, like many people who are fans of the Bote brand, it might be a good product as a micro-skiff.

I was hesitant because I didn't think I'd use it. But it's now my favorite water toy.

great little micro skiff. I've navigated 4'+ not by choice but made it through with less problems then i would have expected, she isnt the fastest boat to launch but isnt the hardest either. I can go places other skiffs dream of and dont need a ramp. I have a Suzuki 6hp but I realized i need to get a prop with less pitch because when trying to plane out the Rover has a bit more drag then the Jon Boat the motor was designed for. but changing pitch on a prop is something to deal with on any new vessel. I spent a weekend camping with it on a beach with sharp shells. I was worried they were gunna damage the hull but there was no damage afterwards, (I worry about inflatable things popping) Im very happy with this vessel. I would like a couple extra tie downs and and maybe have the back strap handle be higher so it isnt such a huge drag in the water, that would improve fuel efficacy although over 2 days of fishing i barely touched a gallon of fuel.

Started out by assembling the paddle . All the peace's that were glued together fell apart. For the money you spend on this product that shouldn't happen. It went write back to the store.

The bote aero rover is well designed. So far it's a pleasure to use and handles the water well. It is very stable and with the motor paddles very well on the nose. It is a little heavy and does take some time to set up, but it's well worth the convenience of it being completely packable. A few more lash down points would be great for different deck formats. Everything you need is pretty much in the bag, although the KULA and the KULA holder make it an awesome platform.
