Product Overview
The GSD 26 is a remote CHIRP sounder for the serious sport angler.
CHIRP Spread Spectrum technology: GSD™ 26 CHIRP Professional Sonar Module takes high-definition gamefish targeting to a new level with digital Spread Spectrum technology, scanning on multiple frequencies at one time, returning vast amounts of data. As a result, you can expect precise, shallow-water-like target separation at much greater depths—up to 10,000'.
Traditional sonar: Its traditional fixed frequency mode also lets you dial into specific frequencies, from a very low 25kHz to a high of 210kHz, to target certain species of sport fish, with significantly better target definition, bottom contours and signal noise suppression at greater depths than traditional models.
Dual-transceivers allow for simultaneous and independent dual transducer operation, which allows complete customization. GSD 26 provides faster screen updates and a more timely interpretation of what’s below for safer navigation and better fishing.
Selectable transmit power: Designed for Garmin’s newest broadband transducers, the GSD 26 offers selectable transmit power from 300 to 3,000 watts.
