Wilderness systems set the standard for fishing kayaks with their A.T.A.K. 120 Sit-On-Top Angler Kayak. Designed for increased maneuverability and speed with unmatched stability, this Advanced Technical Angling Kayak will have you happily trolling the waters for hours.
The 120’s compact size features an open and customizable platform so you can carry all the gear you need and then some. This open deck design is highly walkable so you can easily move about the deck and stand while casting. It also features a wind-shedding hull that is low profile so you can stay in wind exposed waters longer and paddle more efficiently in choppy conditions.
The rocker has been increased to better negotiate moving through the water while the long waterline provides a balance between speed and stability. Bringing an entirely new set of specialized performance attributes to the table, the A.T.A.K 120 is everything serious anglers have dreamed of.
Phase 3® AirPro MAX Seat
Adjustable, comfortable with extended travel and high-quality materials, this seat is fully functional for angler’s specific needs. Featuring a full forward/aft trim range and three phase (high, low and recline) positioning without any clipping or loosening of straps, easily adjust this seat to suit you.
The AirPro MAX is built from a marine-grade, aluminum tube frame and premium, all-weather and breathable textiles. The open weave fabric with 3D mesh filler not only provides comfort but support for your back and legs as well. Backrest straps allow for quick adjustments of the seat back angle while the easy access grab handles allow the seat to adjust quickly to low, high or recline.
The Keepers XL Foot Brace system offers larger, “gas pedal” style footpegs that provide better grip and more control while paddling. You can conveniently and easily adjust the footpegs for the most comfortable position to suit your needs.
Featuring Wilderness Systems’ innovative SlideTrax™ System on the front, midship and rear, the A.T.A.K offers more ways to outfit your angling yak without having to drill any holes. From rod holders, cup holders, a Go-Pro mount or your fishfinder, you can accessorize the 120 with any fishing gear you need or want on the water.
Outfitted with Wilderness Systems’ versatile Flex Pod OS console which allows you to store gear or install electronics and propulsion systems like the Helix MD™ Motor Drive (sold separately); this removable console can mount a fish finder, battery and transducer in one pod. Two, simple, easy-to-use clips secure the pod in place. Remember, to place your battery in a waterproof bag for protection especially in choppy waters.
There are multiple configurations available on the A.T.A.K. If you want to install a Helix MD™ Motor Drive propulsion system in the Flex Pod location, you can place a transducer just behind the Flex Pod in the Transducer Scupper location. This allows you to run the motor system and fish finder at the same time. You would need to mount the fishfinder on one of the convenient SlideTrax™ rails if this is the case.
In front of the Transducer Scupper is a removable utility pod cover that is easy to install and remove. This pod is useful for storing tools, tackle or a beverage while on the water.
Featuring Wilderness Systems high capacity Bow Hood, this storage feature offers more versatility for longer expeditions that require more gear. With bungee crossings on the top cover top, conveniently store additional gear on-deck or park your paddle.
A large tankwell behind the seat allows you to carry a cooler, tackle box, or bag securely thanks to the adjustable bungee cord. The stern hatch lets you keep dry goods below deck while you cast all day long. All these intelligent storage options mean you aren’t scrambling around looking for gear when you want to be reeling in your catch.
