Why WEST SYSTEM #105-A Epoxy Resin Stands Out
Crystal Clear, Light Amber Epoxy: This low-viscosity, clear, light amber epoxy resin bonds effortlessly with wood, fiberglass, and metals. It ensures a robust, long-lasting bond with a flawless finish, perfect for both new constructions and restorations.
Superior Moisture Protection: Apply multiple coats of WEST SYSTEM #105-A Epoxy Resin to create an outstanding moisture barrier. This protective layer guards against water damage and provides a solid base for paints and varnishes, enhancing your boat’s durability and appearance.
Safe and Easy to Use: Enjoy a safer, more comfortable work experience with our epoxy resin. It is free from volatile solvents, has a high flash point, and emits minimal odor. Compared to traditional polyester or vinylester resins, it’s safer and easier to handle. The resin’s thin-film properties ensure smooth application and self-leveling without fish-eyeing.

Flexible Cure Rates: Choose from our range of hardeners to control the curing process according to your project’s requirements. Options include 205 Fast, 206 Slow, 209 Extra Slow, and 207 Special Clear Hardener. Pair #105-A Epoxy Resin (Model 323733) with the suitable hardener for optimal results.

All Star Resin
I have used this product to build several boats, most recently a Tang Skiff 16' long stitch and glue technique. The resin is consistant and reliable and the pump system is foolproof insuring perfect proportions of resin to hardener.
Most Liked Negative Review
Color is not as represented
The product description said, "The resin is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. " I didn't expect crystal clear, but when using the 205 hardener, the epoxy is a very dark amber color, with brand new containers of both 105 and 205. This was an expensive experiment.

I have become very suspicious of TotalBoat. Things that are easily noticed are not good: filler does not mix. Squegies break. Notice they are buying off many YouTube channels.
